Terms of use.

By creating a VACKLE account you agree to these Terms of Use and to our Privacy Policy. VACKLE is operated by Entinova Pty Ltd. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

You must be at least 18 years old, able to enter a binding contract, and not barred from using the service under any applicable law. One person may hold one account.

Be honest about who you are. Do not impersonate anyone, use someone else's photos, or misstate your age.

No harassment, hate speech, threats, nudity, sexual content involving minors, solicitation of money, or commercial spam.

Do not share other members' private information or photos outside the app.

We review every report with a human moderator and may suspend or permanently remove accounts that break these rules, without refund.

VACKLE Plus is an optional paid membership offering 24 daily picks instead of 12, the ability to see who liked you, and other premium features.

Plans are USD $9.99 per month or USD $79.99 per year. Prices may vary by region and store, and the exact amount is always shown before you confirm.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. Your account is charged within 24 hours before the new period starts.

Purchases made in the iOS app are billed by Apple to your Apple Account and managed in your device Settings. Purchases made in the Android app are billed by Google Play and managed in the Play Store. Purchases made on the web are billed by Stripe and managed in the billing portal linked from the app.

Cancelling stops future renewals. Your Plus features stay active until the end of the period you already paid for.

Refunds for in-app purchases are handled by Apple or Google under their own policies. For web purchases, contact support@vackle.com and we will consider your request in line with applicable consumer law.

You keep ownership of the photos, voice messages and text you upload. You grant us a limited licence to host, store and display that content so we can operate the service.

You are responsible for the content you post and confirm you have the right to share it.

VACKLE does not conduct criminal background checks on members. Always meet in a public place, tell a friend where you are going, and trust your instincts. Report anyone who makes you uncomfortable.

You can delete your account at any time by emailing support@vackle.com. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms or create risk for other members.

The service is provided on an “as is” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of VACKLE. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law.

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced in the app before taking effect.
